It was such a hot day here in Belgium, 32°C. Just bit to much for me, so I prefer to stay inside. Today I did some weaving, and tomorrow I’ll continue. This weekend I decided to follow weaving-school, just to learn how to do it even better. Can’t wait to start !
This weekend I did a lot of letterwriting, because there where some nice people still waiting for a letter. I really love to make everyone a different package, not one of them is the same. At every place I come I’m searching for things to send to one of you. I love to be completely into the letterwriting, and it became a big big big part of my life. Look up here for more pictures.
Oh, we have a new little baby cat. She’s so sweet. And 4 of my avocado-pits are finally opening. I was a bit sad because I was waiting for already 3 months, and there just didn’t happend something. But now they’ve all decided to grow, and that makes me so happy.

Oh Hermine, what a precious little kitty! What have you named her?
I am impressed that you were able to get your avocado seeds to sprout. I have tried many times unsuccessfully. I would save so much money if I could grow my own. I eat at least 3-4 of them a week!
You also impress me with your letter writing habits. I am terrible at it! I promise people things all the time and never follow through. 😦

It’s actually the cat from my sister, and she called her ‘Madouce’. (from ‘Ma Douce’, en francais).
I had to search what was the best place for the pits to sprout. With a lot of light they just don’t move, but now I put them at a darker place, and I change the water a lot. And it works. Maybe that it also because it’s hotter the last weeks. Oh, give it another try, 🙂

I’m so happy for you having a cat! It was so clear to me when you met your furry friend on the street that you need one of you own. Congratulations to four avocado pits sprouting!

Oh that does it! You’re a cat lover big time that’s the feeling in the cat meeting outside. 🙂

Your new kitten is so beautiful! I am curious to see it grow! And what your weaving projects will look like!
In Germany it’s so hot today, I can understand when you decided to stay inside! I am keeping all shades closed and some water near!

Such a sweet cat and happy for your avocado. You’ve peaked my interest in learning more about plants. Your loom looks great, and you’ve been a busy girl with all your packages! Much love to you. J

Leuk zo’n kitten in huis! Maar pas op met jouw bloempotten en die kettingdraden aan het weefgetouw: mijn kat was daar als kitten niet vanaf te houden! En veel plezier met de weefopleiding!

(maybe because of you a-do-ra-ble cat!!)
