The taste of my memory.
Today it’s a baking-day, that’s something I like to do, it makes me calm an quit. I made some “crème brulée” (tonight I can play with a bit of fire and sugar, and just hope that it will say ‘crack’ when we start to eat it. Like here.) , I used a recipe from Tessa Kiros. I already had a book of her, but for my birthday I get another one. Very happy with it !
I also made a a pie with raspberries, bays and a snowmountain, a little experiment. Hope it will be delicious.
