Today I made some chocomouse, I made my own ‘chocomouse-recipe’. Called ‘choc-Hermine’, funny don’t you think? Tonight we will see if it’s good or not.
What do you need:
– 4 eggs
– 175 gr chocolate
– 60 gr sugar
– 60 gr butter
Make the white of the egg stiff (oh, mon dieu, translating cookingterms in english is very hard, hope you understand it. English like a child.), put it with the sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Then melt the chocolate au-bain-marie, when it’s ready put it in the bowl with the others. Then do some cinnamon in it, do it in little glasses. And ready !
Its also very nice with strawberries and notes.
