First october day, it supposed to be a real autumn-day, but it feels like summer. Today I made a walk in the city, and went for a coffee at my favourite coffee-place. Sometimes it gave me the feeling of being in the south of France, the sun was shining so hard. I prefer the shadow on these kind of hot days.
To be honest, at the moment I’m longing for winter again, for snow, scarfs and warm coats. For hot chocolate and freezing noses. That’s the reason I made a scarf called “Winter”. Also did a little little little weaving for new pouches.

Our first day of fall was super hot – 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It was a disappointment. I’m looking forward to cooler, scarf wearing weather.

Oooh, die sjaal is ZO mooi!
Wanneer je winkeltje open gaat ga ik er meteen één bestellen!
Bedankt voor je berichtje trouwens, het is hier echt heel heel heel leuk. Zo meteen heb ik een informatie-ding en een lunch van mijn college, dan gaan we naar Grantchester wandelen (dat is een klein schattig dorpje in de buurt, je moet hier eens kijken: http://www.orchard-grantchester.com), vanavond ga ik Indisch koken met de mensen van mijn kot/huis (een meisje van Hongkong, een Portugese, een Griek, een Indisch meisje, een Duitser, twee Amerikanen en een Brit) en daarna is het filmavond! Een goed gevuld programma dus, vol met leuke dingen.

That scarf really is perfectly “winter” (my favourite season). I just love the way it looks like snow drifts… Here it is very cool today. I am wrapped in a shawl sipping hot tea and it is heavenly. Hopefully some coolness will come your way soon!
